Can you manage my property if I'm based overseas?
Yes — this is actually one of our specialties. Many of our managed properties are owned by New Zealanders and Australians who rely on us entirely for day-to-day management. We communicate regularly via email and video calls, and provide monthly reporting.
Do you handle short-term holiday rentals as well as long-term?
Yes. We manage both. Short-term holiday rentals typically generate higher income but require more active management. Long-term tenancies offer more predictable income with less day-to-day involvement. We'll help you decide which approach suits your property and goals.
What is your management fee structure?
