Jeff returned home to Rarotonga in 2017 with something the Cook Islands property market had been missing: genuine local roots combined with real international real estate experience. With over 20 years in luxury hospitality and resort management across the Pacific, and real estate sales experience on the French Riviera, Jeff brings a rare combination of international standards and deep local knowledge. With ancestral royal ties to the respected dynasty families of both the Cook Islands and French Polynesia, his network of trust with local families, landowners, and communities gives clients a genuine edge — access to properties that never reach the open market, and a deep understanding of local land tenure that no outsider can replicate.

Having lived and worked across the Pacific, Europe and beyond, she knows first-hand what it means to relocate, invest from afar, and make a new place feel like home.
