The master villa features 3-bedrooms (one currently used as an office) and 2 bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen is featured as part of the spacious dining/lounge area, which flows onto a large covered verandah.  The villa has beautiful high vaulted ceilings with exposed timber rafters, and a loft area above one bedroom. Solid timber beams and woven matt lining on the verandah ceiling adds a tropical Polynesian charm. 

Nestled at the rear of the master villa is a private self-contained island-style guest cottage and utilities shed.  Catering for short-term holiday stays, the self-contained guest cottage features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor courtyard area for dining and relaxing.  Perfect for couples and solo travelers wanting to escape to a slice of paradise for peace and tranquility.      

A special feature of this holiday retreat is an inviting inground swimming pool and island style thatched poolside cabana overlooking stunning tropical plantation and mountain scenery. 

A double carport and private landscaped garden area offers potential space to build an additional guest cottage.
