Jeff Tikitau
Recently returning to Rarotonga in July 2017 with his wife Natalie, after living and working in Nice, France where both Jeff and Natalie successfully sold high-end luxury real estate along the beautiful world-renowned coastline of the French Riviera for a leading British agency.
Born on Rarotonga, Jeff is of Cook Island/Tahitian/German ancestry and is a descendant from the families of the royal dynasties of both Cook Islands and French Polynesia. He speaks Cook Island Maori and is also fluent in both the written and spoken languages of English and French. As well as having a strong background in tourism & hospitality working in New Zealand, Rarotonga and Tahiti, French Polynesia, he is a trainer and a motivator with over 20 years’ experience in Hotel/ Resort and Human Resources Management roles. He has danced in the Polynesian cultural festivals and loves to share his knowledge of his rich Polynesian culture.
A passionate, cheerful, outgoing, confident individual, a strong communicator who thrives on professionalism. Conducts himself with a code of high ethics and moral values, with a genuine interest in people he meets. It is with no wonder, Jeff has been referred to as a “sophisticated local”.
Natalie Tikitau
Natalie is originally from New Zealand, and is of New Zealand/Samoan/French ancestry. Together with her husband Jeff, they have lived in New Zealand, Cook Islands, Tahiti and France.
Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in tourism & hospitality throughout the Pacific and has managed luxury resorts in Cook Islands. She has held top positions as Assistant Rooms Division Manager and later the Marketing Manager of a large luxury Resort in Tahiti, French Polynesia. Natalie has also
worked in the legal industry and has former experience as a
licenced travel consultant.
A dedicated and diligent professional with a bubbly & personable demeanour. Natalie is passionate about real estate & property
management, having grown up in a family of real estate agents &
property managers, and has unwavering commitment to
exceeding client’s expectations.
Together with her husband Jeff, they both are a formidable team, with their innovative ideas, dynamism, and professionalism.
Varnia-Brigette Karora
Varnia-Brigette is likely to be your first point of contact at Jeff Tikitau Real Estate as Sales Associate to Jeff Tikitau.
Born and raised in NZ, Varnia-Brigette is of Cook Island descent who made the decision in 2019 to move to Rarotonga to explore her Cook Islands heritage.
Varnia-Brigette is highly organised and drives our client management relationship system. Being highly organised, Varnia-Brigette has sharp attention to detail and a professional background in the telecommunications industry.
Varnia-Brigette loves to spend her past time relaxing at the beach and enjoying nature, and making the most of the outdoors.
Kimberley Selam Tau
Kimberley Selam Tau heads our Property Management division and manages our growing property portfolio.
Knowing the ins and outs of property management, Kimberley follows careful processes and procedures at a highly professional international level, which set our management service apart from our competitors.
Born in Tahiti and raised in Rarotonga, Kimberley is of Tahitian/Cook Island/Italian descent and has lived in both islands since childhood. Kimberley identifies with both cultures and is bi-lingual.
Hospitality is second nature to Kimberley, having run short-term holiday accommodation with her family and personally assisted travelers all over the world. Kimberley has also owned her own small business in French Polynesia, and is innovative, quick to respond to guest demands, and passionate about extra mile service in exceeding client expectations.
Kimberley spends her past time with her family at the beach and loves hiking and is passionate about cooking.
Mata Tuatai
Mata works closely with the directors as Finance Administrator.
Full Cook Islander by descent, Mata has spent 40 years in Rarotonga since birth and is bi-lingual in English and Cook Islands Maori.
Having a strong relationship with key contacts in the majority of government sectors, Mata also assists foreign investors in facilitating their needs through our sister company Jeff Tikitau Elite Management.
Mata spends her past time with her family and loves landscaping and also assisting couples in making their wedding dreams come true.
